DS Medigroup has initiated numerous research projects through collaborations with the most qualified academic and hospital institutions. The first among them was Dietosystem®, active in the field of clinical nutrition since 1979.
It then pioneered research on microcirculation, achieving major breakthroughs in clinical biomicroscopy with the Videocap® line, advancing the fields of capillaroscopy and dermatoscopy.
DSMG developed the first and most widely used electronic medical record for general practitioners, and later created the first cloud-based medical record system with Medilogy.
Publishing, Continuing Medical Education (CME), and medical-scientific communication have always played a key role for DSMG, which founded Edra, Sics, Quotidiano Sanità, and other leading communication channels for healthcare professionals.
DSMG operates in the field of medical informatics and scientific and healthcare communication, focusing on the research and development of professional medical software, applications, and technologies designed for healthcare professionals.
By choice and by vocation, DSMG addresses only Healthcare Professionals, who are at the core of the dissemination of its technologies and Services.
The DS Medigroup team is made up of physicians, biologists, dietitians, pharmacologists, biomedical engineers, and computer engineers working from offices in Milan, Pisa, and Rome to provide solid and unique solutions for clinicians – connecting scientific research with clinical practice.
Certified Quality System
Great attention is given to the safety of both professionals and their patients. DSMG has implemented a certified Quality System, whose procedures are consistently applied at every stage of product development and production under the supervision of the Quality Office.
All software and technologies comply with the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR).
